Empty spaces don’t count as a layout.

If a model exists and its only layout is an empty space, it doesn’t matter if it’s been uploaded and approved, the layouts won’t be counted as delivered.

A model needs to have other layouts (non-empty) in order to be considered delivered.

But there’s an exception to this, if the setups have already been selected or they’ve been manually disabled. This way, we can have a model with only one empty space layout and have it marked as delivered, this is useful for past orders.
