It’s now possible for all artists to check in and upload images to any order. This was requested from the Bulgarian office.

We used to have a restriction that would disallow artists to do the following on orders where they hadn’t been assigned:

  • Upload images.
  • Check in.

The restriction has been removed.

After this update, project managers no longer need to assign their team in the system. However, the system will still keep a record of the team assigned to each order.

Artists can assign themselves to an order by just checking in to them. And the project managers still have the option to edit the team manually.
