The platform is now actively chasing the approval of the models we upload.

  • About 10 days after the model has been uploaded, a notification will be sent to the client, asking them to send any feedback they need.
  • About 14 days after the model has been uploaded and assuming the notification was sent at least 3 days ago, the model will be automatically approved by the system.
  • Additionally, if a revision was uploaded recently the system will allow margin of 7 days before chasing its approval.

The project manager of the order will appear in the notification, as shown in the example below:

Backlog of pending approvals

The system currently has more than 200 items pending on client approval, it’d be overwhelming for clients and for us to approve all of them in one shot. So instead the platform will slowly catch up at a pace of 5 orders per day max.

When the list of pending approvals is cleared, we can remove this restriction.
